IIJ was the first company in Japan to offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in 1999, and since then we have continued to work on further improving quality.
IIJ's SLAs guarantee service quality through objective criteria by presenting evaluation items and guaranteed values for each service. If quality falls below the specified level, usage fees are reduced accordingly.
