The IIJ EU Digital Services Act Representative Service provide assistance to companies with representatives in EU member states (27 countries) and EEA member states (3 countries) handling inquiries from Supervisory Authorities across EU nations. In addition to relaying information to you in Japanese, we also provide expert advice on the EU Digital Services Act.
If an EU representative is appointed in any EU country or EEA country, this representative accepts inquiries from Supervisory Authorities. The EU representative communicates with the IIJ team, who then discusses the inquiry with the service user in Japanese.
In addition to handling inquiries from Supervisory Authorities, as experts in the EU Digital Services Act, we can advise you on the appropriate response if you are unsure about how to respond. Providing incorrect responses to inquiries from Supervisory Authorities increases the risk of incurring sanctions. Our ability to provide expert advice that reduces such risk is the best feature of this service.
This service is provided in 27 EU member states and 3 EEA member states.
