The IIJ Identity Governance and Administration Service is a service that automates ID management, starting with human resource events such as joining the company, transferring positions, and retiring.
It introduces a time-based concept not found in conventional ID management services. You can check various types of master information from any point in the past, present, or future.
Individual (employee, group employee, temporary employee, part-time employee, etc.), organization (company, project, etc.) and account information is integrated and centralized.
Support is also available for human resource events such as concurrent appointment and secondment, which are common at Japanese companies.
You can chronologically manage information that changes according to the ID lifecycle of employees, from joining the company to leaving the company.
You can check back to when an incident occurred or check the information of an account registered on a future date.
You can use IIJ Cloud Data Platform Service, IIJ's data integration tool, to automate the retrieval of source data and the integration of data with partner services.
