The IIJ Line Management/F Service is a comprehensive service that includes arrangement of FLET'S services with NTT East and NTT West as well as access to the maintenance help desk after service starts.
IIJ makes arrangements with NTT for the FLET'S access line on your behalf. Your single bill from IIJ includes the IIJ service and FLET'S line fees.
If the connection is slow or unstable, IIJ will confirm and troubleshoot with NTT to resolve the issue.
We send scheduled facilities maintenance and fault information regarding NTT FLET'S services to specified email addresses.
