The IIJ Managed Firewall Service is fully managed by experienced security engineers.
This system analyzes firewall communication logs to learn specific communication trends of your environment. This service is further enhanced by the anomaly detection system developed by IIJ, which detects abnormal communication as anomalies.
Service SLAs stipulate that configuration requests will be handled via telephone contact within 2 hours of receipt and that notification of failures or other issues will be sent to the designated contact within 30 minutes of occurrence.
Our experienced security engineers remotely monitor firewalls installed at the customer premise 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to quickly respond to any communication or equipment failures as soon as they are detected.
