The IIJ Virtual Desktop Service/Citrix Cloud for Azure Virtual Desktop is a full management service for "Citrix Cloud" and "Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)," a DaaS (Desktop as a Service) from Microsoft.
Service Features
Providing a One-Stop Solution from Licenses to Networks
Citrix Cloud licenses, Windows 10 licenses, Azure subscriptions, and networks are all provided together. In addition to simplifying complex application procedures, the centralization of the support desk in the event of failures shortens the time required to resolve issues.
No Need for Cloud Service Design
Although Microsoft Azure, WVD, and Citrix Cloud all require design and buildout as a cloud service, the service standard values recommended by IIJ are set in advance. This eliminates the need for the customer to perform the design and buildout work required for implementation. The service can be used in fewer steps.
Full Management Service Driven by Many Years of Operation and Management Experience
The IIJ operations team monitors the features required for providing the services 24/7, to ensure that they are normal. In the event of a failure, the recovery is handled quickly to minimize the impact on customers. We also operate security patches against vulnerabilities and perform upgrade work as standard services. We can handle operation management of master images as optional support.
