Regarding IIJ's Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

As of June 2023, this site is no longer updated due to the downgrading of COVID-19 to a Class 5 infectious disease.

Basic policy

As a general rule, IIJ employees work remotely from home and hold meetings with their colleagues or clients remotely by using web meetings and others.
At the same time, the Internet-related services that IIJ offers serve as infrastructure that keeps society functioning, and IIJ recognizes the demand for the stable provision of these services. Therefore, IIJ shall continue to manage the monitoring and operations of necessary devices so that their function is not impaired, despite working remotely.

Customer support

IIJ continues to operate its customer support with no disruption in service.

In the future, due to the spread of infectious diseases, it may be difficult to make calls or may take longer than usual to respond to inquiries.
