TOKYO-October 21, 2019- RYUKOSHA NETWARE Inc., Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", TSE1: 3774)'s 100% owned subsidiary, today announced that it will change its company name to IIJ Protech Inc., effective January 1, 2020.
Founded in 1997, RYUKOSHA NETWARE is a human resources service provider that supplies system administrators and service support operators to corporations. It became a consolidated subsidiary of IIJ in December 2014. Through operational subcontracting from and technical staffing to IIJ Group and its business partners, RYUKOSHA NETWARE provides engineering resources to leading firms in finance, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Through this name change, the firm is aiming to clarify its corporate image as a member of the IIJ Group. Under its new name, IIJ Protech, the company will strive to provide more corporate value and foster a sense of unity within the IIJ Group.
