As we have filed Form 15F to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to terminate our disclosure obligations under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, our obligation to disclose Form 20-F and other documents for SEC has been suspended. We will continue to disclose financial statements and other information as translation in English on our IR website in a timely manner to ensure that our overseas shareholders and investors should continue to have appropriate information about us.
